Observation

There was a staff member who counts in ratio who does not have current CPR and first aid; they are scheduled for training. There were staff who did not compete BBP training. There were staff who serve food without a food handler card. There were aides who have not completed Child Care Basics within three months of hire. The aides who have not completed Child Care Bascis have not completed trainings in chilldren experiencing homelessness, abusive head trauma, emergency preparedness, medication management, and reporting abuse and neglect.
